*RuPaul's Drag Race* season 14 star Kerri Colby made the Night of 1,000 J.Los all about one thing: her dress!

After sporting a flowing green number as part of the Jennifer Lopez lookalike challenge on this week's runway, the trans trailblazer and drag performer confirmed to EW that the dress was the actual garment Lopez wore during Milan Fashion Week in 2019, when the *Hustlers* actress strutted past the audience in an remixed version of her iconic palm-print dress from the 2000 Grammys.

"It is the same dress, so it was a feature moment that was a very limited quantity made for Versace that year. I happened to be able to get my hands on the same exact garment," Kerri reveals above in an exclusive chat with EW's new *Quick Drag* Twitter Spaces. "Honey, you just gotta make sure you get the right type of friends so when these crazy moments come around, you've got to hit them up!"

Kerri explains that she was able to get the garment through "a few fabulous friends" who had access to an extensive fashion archive that included the piece.

"I was like, oh my God, I know that I'm asking for death here, but can I please use this dress," she remembers of preparing the outfit for the challenge, adding that she had to keep it a secret that she was actually using the garment for a stint on *Drag Race*. "I definitely had to return it as soon as I got back. That was literally my lifeline. [My friend August and I] were basically like family, so I didn't do any crazy contracts or sell my soul for the dress!"

Lopez also seemingly endorsed the moment, as she tweeted a series of green hearts alongside a video of Kerri walking the runway in the Versace gown.

(Reuters) -Industrial companies have been on a roller-coaster this year as they tried to adjust to the shifting trade policies of U.S. President Donald Trump, but this quarter, executives suggested the confusion may be receding as corporations have had time to adjust to higher levies on U.S. imports of foreign goods.

Unlike in the first half of the year, some of the U.S. bellwethers that reflect the "real economy" - heavy machinery, engine makers and construction firms - have navigated the environment with strong demand, cost-cutting and price increases to offset the Trump administration's tariffs. While there are still plenty of concerns about coming quarters, the unpredictability factor has faded, executives say.

"Certainly, from a cost standpoint and maybe from a demand standpoint ... tariffs are no longer the kind of the main event here," Michael Larsen, chief financial officer at Illinois Tool Works, said on a post-result analyst call last week.

Companies that have reported results between October 16 and October 31 put the total estimated hit to global companies' bottom lines at about $7 billion, according to a Reuters analysis, though the markets are still only about midway through the earnings season globally. In the second quarter, that figure was estimated at a range of $16.2 billion to $17.9 billion.

U.S. industrial companies at present are reporting their best year-over-year revenue growth since the first quarter of 2023 at 6.3%, according to data compiled by LSEG.

Over the summer, equipment maker Caterpillar estimated tariffs would cost the firm between $1.5 billion and $1.8 billion in 2025. In results released on October 29, it narrowed that range to $1.6 billion to $1.75 billion after reporting a strong quarter, and its shares rose 12%.

"Generally speaking, industrial companies are doing a pretty good job managing through the uncertainty and the changes in the tariff landscape," said Joshua Schachter, chief investment officer at Easterly Asset Management.

Logistics giants UPS and FedEx cut costs to offset the scrapping of duty-free status for low-value e-commerce shipments. However, UPS has also sharply cut its payrolls, jettisoning 48,000 jobs in the face of continued pressure on its business this year.

Analysts fear the bleak outlook among lower- and middle-income earners that has hit consumer companies like Newell will reach other parts of the economy. In addition, the Trump administration reached agreements with numerous nations that set levies on foreign imports for many between 15% and 20% - after a previous pause left them at 10%. That effect has not yet been fully felt.

"This is the real beginning of when the effects of tariffs would have hit," said Angela Santos, partner and customs practice group leader at ArentFox Schiff. "We're only in October and the increases for reciprocal tariffs started in August, so it hasn't been that long."

Some European companies that rely on U.S. sales have had it worse, as U.S. importers are less likely to buy their products due to the high levies.

SKF, a Swedish bearings maker considered a global manufacturing barometer, expects weak short-term demand as customers remain hesitant due to tariffs and uncertainty. "If we can get a bit more calm and stability, then I think we will see demand return," SKF CEO Rickard Gustafson told Reuters on Wednesday.

Swedish construction equipment maker HIAB told Reuters that orders have been slowing since mid-February due to trade tensions.

The German Engineering Federation VDMA, which represents 3,600 machinery and plant engineering companies, has warned that more than half of German and European machinery exports could be hit with new tariffs if Washington includes more products on its list of aluminum and steel levies. European car makers like Volkswagen have been hit particularly hard, with the latter flagging a $5.8 billion tariff hit in its most recent results.

Yale's Budget Lab, which has been tracking trade policies, says the effective U.S. tariff rate stood at 18% as of mid-October, highest in more than 90 years.

The Trump Administration's new 25% tariffs on imported medium- and heavy-duty trucks and parts are scheduled to start on November 1, including dump trucks and tractors for 18-wheelers, alongside a 10% tariff on imported buses.

The full effects are still to be felt as industrial companies are going through inventory that hasn't been hit with tariffs yet, said Don Marleau, managing director for metals and capital goods at S&P Global.

"In a lot of cases, we don't have higher tariff costs yet. We have higher estimates for tariff costs."

By now, every horror fan knows Art the Clown.

With the facial articulation of a silent film star crossed with the savagery of a post-*Saw* killer, Art went from underground curiosity to horror icon within a decade. It started with his debut in the 2008 short *The 9th Circle*, which eventually became part of director Damien Leone's anthology film, *All Hallows' Eve*.

From there, he took center stage in a feature franchise, beginning with *Terrifier*, advancing with *Terrifier 2*, and concluding (for now…) with last year's Christmas-set *Terrifier 3*. Leone's creation has gained a substantial cult following thanks to its throwback grindhouse aesthetics, nauseating practical effects, and unapologetic brutality.

Whether you're a fan looking to rewatch the franchise or just arriving at Art's door for the first time, here's how to watch the *Terrifier *movies in order. Get your ponchos ready, because anywhere Art goes, a shower of gore and viscera is sure to follow.

All Hallows' Eve (2013)

All Hallows' Eve

Art makes his first feature-length appearance in the anthology, 'All Hallows' Eve'.

Leone's horror anthology features a wraparound story about a babysitter, Sarah (Katie Maguire), and her two adolescent charges, Timmy and Tia, who find an unmarked VHS in their trick-or-treat bag. Despite her better judgment, Sarah pops the tape into the VCR, and we're introduced to a triptych of stories featuring Art the Clown.

Art (Mike Giannelli) becomes the centerpiece in the third story, "Terrifier." A young woman (Marie Maser) stops for gas late at night, only to witness Art cheerfully sawing body parts off the gas station attendant. She frantically drives away but can't escape the bloodthirsty clown, who inexplicably pops up along her route. He takes her to his underground lair and basically repeats his gas-station antics… only this time, while keeping his victim alive.

But Leone's *real* trick comes after that segment concludes...

Where to watch *All Hallows' Eve*: AMC+

Terrifier (2016)

Catherine Corcoran in TERRIFIER

Catherine Corcoran tries to put a smile on Art's face in 'Terrifier'.

Art (now played by David Howard Thornton) made his feature-length debut in this expansion of Leone's earlier shorts. After a marathon night of Halloween parties, Tara (Jenna Kanell) and Dawn (Catherine Corcoran) stop for a slice of pizza. Art, meanwhile, occupies a lonely table in the pizzeria and tries to put on his best clowning act for the two women.

Art being Art, it's not long before he's abducted Dawn and Tara and starts getting to work. His workspace is an abandoned apartment building, and it's not long before we get a sense of what he has in mind for these two. Luckily — okay fine, *unluckily *— Tara's sister, Vicky (Samantha Scaffidi) is on her way to… well, "help" would be the wrong verb, though not for lack of effort.

Where to watch *Terrifier*: Peacock

Terrifier 2 (2022)

TERRIFIER 2

David Howard Thornton in 'Terrifier 2'. Courtesy of CINEDIGM

With *Terrifier 2*, the series moved from small-scale slasher to epic-sized (138 minutes!) fantasy-inflected supernatural saga.

Sienna Shaw (Lauren LaVera) is preparing for her first Halloween since her father's death. Her younger brother, Jonathan (Elliot Fullam), is obsessed with Art the Clown after discovering a drawing of the slasher in their dad's notebook. Art, naturally, is still alive (he's immortal, you see), confirmation of which comes in an elaborately drawn-out opening in which our silent antihero bludgeons his way out of the morgue.

There's some Art-specific "lore" regarding Sienna and Jonathan's father, which involves a magic sword and a sometimes-spectral, sometimes-corporeal corpse of a 10-year-old girl. But *Terrifier 2 *mostly uses those details as pillars to prop up one surreal, splattery set piece after another.

Where to watch *Terrifier 2*: Peacock

Terrifier 3 (2024)

Terrifier 3

He knows if you've been bad or good, so be good for goodness' sake: Art gets into the holiday spirit in 'Terrifier 3'.

The Christmas-set *Terrifier 3*, the highest-grossing unrated film ever released, features as much brutality and dark wit as we've come to expect from Art the Clown. Hands-down one of the most disgusting movies ever made (a compliment), the film finds the indefatigable slasher, who was decapitated at the end of *Terrifier 2*, reattaching his head and commencing his ritual slaughters.

By his side is the original film's sole survivor, Vicky. She's now possessed by the aforementioned "Little Pale Girl," who has far greater relevance than initial appearances would suggest.

This time around, Art gets into the holiday spirit by dressing up as Santa. In between detonating bombs hidden in Christmas presents and disfiguring the entire police force, Art sets his sights on the Shaw family. He makes his way to Jonathan's college campus — casually dispatching a couple of the poor guy's friends — and then turns his attention to Sienna. Would you believe a literal portal to Hell is eventually involved? Just go with it.

Stop poking him! Jesse Eisenberg has signed out of *The Social Network *chat. **

The actor, who was nominated for an Oscar for his portrayal of Meta billionaire and big Sweet Baby Ray's guy Mark Zuckerberg in Aaron Sorkin's 2010 film, tried his best to dodge a question about his decision not to reprise his role in its forthcoming follow-up while visiting the *Today* show on Thursday. **

"There's been some reporting that you passed on the sequel," anchor Craig Melvin said. "Why?" **

Eisenberg played off the question. "You know, I was in Paris. And I had some tools, and I figured there was a way to make a little more of a statement at the Louvre," he teased, referencing the Parisian museum's recent jewel heist.

Melvin laughed. "I see what you did there," he said. **

To which Eisenberg quickly fired back, "Yeah, I see what *you* did there. We both are playing chess."**

"Okay," Melvin said. **

"Okay," Eisenberg replied. **

Insert one very awkward stalemate between the pair here. That is, until Melvin broke the silence by telling Eisenberg, "Your turn."

Jesse Eisenberg suspects his 'Now You See Me' costar Woody Harrelson was part of Louvre heist

Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson and Lizzy Caplan attend the 2016 MTV Movie Awards at Warner Bros. Studios on April 9, 2016 in Burbank, California.

The *Now You See Me* star appeared gobsmacked by the sudden reversal. "Your turn? *My* turn?" he said, leaning forward in his seat. "I don't… What… How… What do you have coming out next month?"**

Melvin laughed again before getting them back on track. "*The Social Network*!" he exclaimed. "Why would you say no to a sequel of that?"**

For "reasons that have nothing to do with how amazing that movie will be, really, truthfully," Eisenberg replied. "But when you play a character, you feel at some point that you've grown into something else."**

When asked if he felt like he'd outgrown the role, Eisenberg continued, "Yeah, something. But it's a really wonderful movie. I'm friends with Aaron Sorkin, who wrote and is directing this movie, and all of the reasons that I am not in it are completely unrelated to how brilliant it will be."

The upcoming film, titled* The Social Reckoning*, will instead see Jeremy Strong take over as the newest onscreen iteration of Zuckerberg. While speaking with *The Hollywood Reporter *at an event earlier this month, Strong stated that Eisenberg's portrayal of the tech titan has "nothing to do with" his own.**

He added, "It's a great character — fascinating, complex — and I'm approaching it with great care and empathy and objectivity. I've made two films with Aaron, and third time's the charm."**

Earlier this year, Eisenberg explained why he doesn't want to be "associated" with Zuckerberg moving forward.

"I haven't been following [Zuckerberg's] life trajectory, partly because I don't.... When I think of myself as associated with somebody like that, it's not like I played a great golfer and now people think I'm a great golfer. It's this guy that's doing things that are problematic," Eisenberg said on BBC Radio 4's *Today* program in February. "Taking away fact-checking and safety concerns, making people who are already threatened in this world more threatened."**

He's not the only actor keeping his distance from the project, either. Andrew Garfield, who played Mark's betrayed bestie, Eduardo Saverin, has also denied any involvement in the future follow-up.

"No, no," Garfield told IndieWire. "Eduardo is in Singapore having a good time."**

Nothing went quite right for the Houston Texans as they narrowly lost to the Denver Broncos after a bunch of self-inflicted mishaps. And lost their starting quarterback, CJ Stroud, to a concussion after he was hit by Broncos CB Kris Abrams-Draine. Backup QB Davis Mills knows that the offense was entirely at fault today.

The only reason the Texans came out with a loss tonight was that the offense failed to capitalize on some really positive drives, which Mills admitted in the post-game presser.

"We were operating really well. Had a lot of really good drives. Kinda just sputtered out when we got into the red zone. We get down to the one-yard line twice, (in the) red zone four or five times. Gotta come out of these drives with touchdowns instead of field goals," he remarked.

Yes, Mills was more than adequate tonight. He was steady, didn't make an error. He looked comfortable out there. It was just the fact that Houston couldn't finish their drives. Despite Denver playing its worst special teams game of the season, the Texans couldn't make their opportunities count.

Zero touchdowns. That's the story. Three snaps from the one-yard line, nothing. Two more from the two, same result. On a day when Bo Nix is putting on a bad show after weeks of strong output, failing to outscore the Broncos is a big letdown.

Those drives should've been 14 points in the bag for the Texans. When your opponent is playing their worst game of the season, you're supposed to bury them instead of joining them in the mud. The Texans will now face the Jaguars, who are ahead of them in the AFC South, probably without CJ Stroud. And if they end up losing this… that's their playoff hopes gone.

DeMeco Ryans criticizes the referee's decision

In a season where the NFL seems to be throwing flags for every minor infraction, somehow the Broncos' cornerback managed to skate free after slamming CJ Stroud's head into the turf. The officials initially threw a flag for unnecessary roughness, but surprisingly, picked it up.

The explanation was that Stroud supposedly started his slide too late, and the hit wasn't "direct" to the head. You can debate that all you want, but it's tough to look at the play and not question a hit that ended up giving your starting quarterback a concussion. From a coach's perspective, that is frustrating. And he didn't shy away from calling out the referee's decision.

"He hit the quarterback when he was sliding and giving himself up. If I'm incorrect on the rules, I've seen that happen multiple times with our guys, and we get the penalty," HC Ryans said.

Well, Abrams-Draine might've walked out of the game without a penalty, but the Texans' HC might've risked himself a fine by openly questioning it.

Now the focus shifts to next week against the Jaguars. CJ Stroud's participation is contingent upon the results of the concussion protocol. If Stroud can't go, Davis Mills will take over under center. And as long as they can finish decent drives, it shouldn't be a problem. If they can't, they can say goodbye to playoffs.

Sam Darnold passed for 330 yards and four touchdowns, and the Seattle Seahawks routed the Washington Commanders 38-14 for their third straight win Sunday night in Landover, Md.

Darnold tied the franchise record by completing his first 17 passes and finished 21 of 24. He threw one interception.

Washington's Jayden Daniels, returning after missing one game with a hamstring injury, left in the fourth quarter after sustaining what sustained what coach Dan Quinn confirmed after the game is a left elbow injury when the quarterback was sacked by Drake Thomas. Daniels had completed 16 of 22 passes for 153 yards and one interception and also ran for a touchdown and 51 yards.

ESPN reported later Sunday night that Daniels has a dislocated left elbow. He is scheduled for an MRI on Monday and is expected to be sidelined indefinitely, though it's not certain to be a season-ending injury.

Jaxon Smith-Njigba had eight catches for 129 yards for Seattle (6-2), and Tory Horton had four catches for 48 yards and two touchdowns.

Seattle outgained Washington 418-290.

The Seahawks remained undefeated on the road (4-0), while the reeling Commanders (3-6) lost their fourth straight game.

The Seahawks led 31-7 at halftime. Tight end AJ Barner capped a 60-yard drive when he took a direct snap and scored from the 1 late in the third quarter.

One play after Daniels was injured, Chris Rodriguez Jr. scored on a 4-yard run with 7:14 left to play.

Seattle went 90 yards in 12 plays on its first drive. Darnold threw a 4-yard touchdown pass to Horton and the Seahawks led 7-0.

The Seahawks then broke it open with two touchdowns in 11 seconds.

Seven plays after Daniels was intercepted by Ty Okada at the Seattle 40, Horton beat Mike Sainristil off the line and Darnold found him in the end zone for a 25-yard touchdown.

When Jaylin Lane fumbled the kick-off, Seattle recovered on the Washington 26, and on the next play, Darnold hit Elijah Arroyo, whose first NFL touchdown made it 21-0 with 8:41 left in the first half.

After a false start penalty wiped out a fourth-and-1 conversion, Washington punted. Seattle started at the 13, and four plays later the score was 28-0.

Darnold hit Smith-Njigba for 22 yards and then found Cody White, who went 60 yards for his first NFL touchdown.

The Commanders got on the board with 53 seconds left in the half after a 10-play, 68-yard drive. Daniels ran 12 yards to the 1-yard line and scored on the next play.

Jason Myers hit a 41-yard field goal as the half ended to make it 31-7.

Darnold finished the half 16-for-16 passing for 282 yards and four touchdowns.
